Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations as Assistant Eyeglass Manager at National Vision’s America’s Best, focusing on optical department performance, staff supervision, and customer experience. Responsibilities include monitoring profit, sales, and performance (P&L), ensuring policy compliance, coordinating promotions and visual merchandising, communicating with management and corporate offices, supervising Opticians and sales associates, and assisting with staffing forecasts, recruitment, and retention. Requires optical sales experience and proven leadership ability, with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive excellent customer service and store results.
