Assistant Manager - Optical

Oversee daily store operations as Assistant Eyeglass Manager for an optical retail location, ensuring profitable performance and high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring profit, sales, and performance against goals; overseeing the eyeglass department for efficiency and policy compliance; supervising and motivating optical staff (Opticians, CL Sales, and receptionists where applicable); assisting with staffing forecasts, recruiting, and retaining a capable team; coordinating store promotions, merchandising, and visible promotions; communicating with General Manager and District/Corporate teams; ensuring accurate store reporting and adherence to policies; and maintaining organizational standards while supporting associates to deliver a positive customer experience.
