Job Summary
Assistant Manager - Optical at Eyeglass World (National Vision) leads and supervises an optical sales team at a high-volume store in Orem, UT. Responsibilities include driving profit, achieving sales and performance goals, monitoring results against budget, ensuring top-tier customer service, coordinating promotions and visual merchandising, liaising with doctors and corporate leadership, recruiting and retaining a strong staff, and developing associates to exceed performance standards.
