Job Summary
Assist in overseeing daily operations of an Eyeglass World store, lead the optical sales team, and ensure customers receive quality eye care and a great shopping experience. Drive profit, sales and performance goals, monitor results against budget, supervise and motivate associates, coordinate promotions and merchandising, liaise with doctors and store leadership, and support staffing and recruitment. Strong emphasis on leadership, customer service, communication, and the ability to analyze financial reports and drive store performance.
Required Qualifications
- Optical sales experience
- Supervising experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports
- Ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems of varied scope
