Job Summary
Assist. Eyeglass Manager role in National Vision's America’s Best stores. Oversee daily store operations of the optical department, supervise Opticians and CL Sales associates (or Receptionist in some stores), manage staffing needs, forecast and retain high-caliber staff, review promotions and merchandising, and ensure adherence to policies while driving sales and profitability. Maintain quality service and customer experience, communicate with General Manager, District Manager, and Corporate Office, and monitor performance against goals. Ensure remakes are reviewed and policies followed; support training and development, with Sundays off as a standard store schedule. Qualifications include optical sales experience and supervisory capabilities; strong communication, organizational, and financial-reporting skills.
