Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations in the optical department, supervise Opticians and sales associates, and drive profitability and performance. Ensure outstanding customer service, enforce company policies, manage promotions and merchandising, and provide store reporting. Collaborate with the General Manager, District Manager, and Corporate Office to forecast staffing needs, recruit and retain a high-caliber team, and motivate staff to exceed performance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Optical sales experience
- Supervising experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
