Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandise organization, and maintaining a clean, stocked sales floor. Assist customers with questions and concerns while ensuring all associates follow safety guidelines and company policies. Manage inventory by processing deliveries, handling damaged goods, and recording cash register deposits and receipts. Support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates to foster a positive, respectful environment. Adhere to corporate directives regarding Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, and Key Survey information requests. Maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays while protecting all company assets. Perform physical duties such as lifting up to 55 lbs and frequent walking, standing, and stooping. Work part-time hours in Flagstaff, Arizona, with full medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
