Job Summary
Manage new vendor onboarding and coordinate system setup activities for the Infor Nexus portal, while acting as the primary escalation point for supply chain issues impacting purchase orders, shipment booking, and ASN processing. Lead the Direct Shipment team of five associates in overseeing end-to-end order execution, ensuring timely and accurate shipment document processing, and driving continuous process improvements. Coordinate cross-functional efforts with sourcing, logistics, and IT teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and develop Standard Operating Procedures. Deliver training programs to vendors, factories, and employees across Asia and North America time zones, maintaining knowledge repositories and analyzing user feedback to support system enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary education
- Relevant experience in supply chain with focus on vendor management, purchase orders, booking, shipping and trade documentation for shipments from Asia to North America and Europe
- Strong system proficiency, with experience using ERP, order management, and supply chain platforms; able to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes
- Proven experience in system training, user onboarding, or change management activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the confidence and ability to deliver engaging training sessions and presentations to stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Comfortable facilitating both virtual and in-person training programs
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexibility on working with partners in different time zones
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Independent, self-motivated, and good team player
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in apparel and accessories industry, and in serving major brands and retailers is a plus
