Job Summary
Manage vendor onboarding, training, and system escalations for the Infor Nexus portal, including UAT participation and data transmission resolution between SAP and Infor Nexus. Lead the Direct Shipment team in overseeing end-to-end order execution, ensuring accurate shipment document processing, and driving continuous process improvements across supply chain workflows. Provide leadership and coaching to a team of five associates, setting performance expectations and developing capabilities to meet business objectives. Requires tertiary education, supply chain experience with Asia-to-North America/Europe shipments, and bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary education
- Relevant experience in supply chain with focus on vendor management, purchase orders, booking, shipping and trade documentation for shipments from Asia to North America and Europe
- Strong system proficiency, with experience using ERP, order management, and supply chain platforms; able to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes
- Proven experience in system training, user onboarding, or change management activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the confidence and ability to deliver engaging training sessions and presentations to stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Comfortable facilitating both virtual and in-person training programs
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexibility on working with partners in different time zones
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Independent, self-motivated, and good team player
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in apparel and accessories industry, and in serving major brands and retailers is a plus
