Job Summary
Monitor daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and returns processes, to ensure workflow smoothness, system accuracy, and SLA compliance. Instruct and train warehouse staff on SOPs, quality standards, and productivity targets while interacting with customers to understand order profiles and special handling needs. Provide escalated customer support, coordinate internal teams to resolve issues, and manage manpower deployment and shift arrangements. Support managers in planning continuous improvement initiatives and standardizing procedures for new projects to enhance operational efficiency. Achieve department KPIs and customer satisfaction targets through proactive detail management and strategic thinking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-4 years of professional experience in contract logistics/distribution center operations
- Solid experience in managing the sizable team
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Strong customer mindset
- Result-orientated, good business sense, and hands-on
- Proactive, detail-minded, and continuous improvement
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Proficient in using WMS
- Proficient in using TMS
- Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably with Professional Certification
- Experience developing Joining new project to set up operation process, standardize procedure, work instruction for operation
- Propose and deploy improvement theme to improve operation efficiency
