Assistant Manager OH

Assist in managing a Taco Bell unit by providing hands-on operational coverage and direct supervision. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and packaging food and drinks, operating cash registers, processing payments and making change, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, assisting with food prep and dishwashing, restocking inventory, managing shifts and staffing, coaching and developing team members, hiring and onboarding new employees, addressing safety concerns, conducting food safety audits, monitoring inventory and cash procedures, and supporting scheduling and deployment to meet sales and margin targets. Emphasis on operating standards, guest service, product quality, speed of service, and maintaining financial controls.
