Job Summary
Assistant Manager – Offline Edits responsible for delivering high-quality offline editing solutions for internal stakeholders and syndication partners. Core duties include logging footage in Avid, selecting relevant shots, editing video and audio design, adding voice overs, converting content to meet syndication technical requirements, and guiding team leads in task allocation to ensure on-time, error-free delivery. The role requires balancing multiple channel requests, overseeing complex content conversions, liaising with OAP and Programming to resolve issues, and maintaining quality metrics such as on-time delivery, minimal rework, and volume of promos. Proficiency with Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Suite is essential, along with basic Excel for reporting and a solid understanding of broadcasting trends.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in offline video editing
