Job Summary
Strategic lead for rooms operations across Front Office, Retail/Gift Shops, Recreation/Fitness Center, Housekeeping and Security/Loss Prevention; develops and implements departmental strategies aligned with the brand service strategy, drives guest satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and financial performance for the Rooms department; collaborates with Rooms management to execute operational strategies, monitor guest feedback and satisfaction, and ensure effective leadership and staffing to deliver brand-standard experiences; oversees relationships with property stakeholders and aims to optimize occupancy, rate, and profitability while maintaining exceptional service across hotel operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
