Job Summary

Responsible for managing the donor center in the absence of the Center Manager while ensuring compliance with regulations and safety practices. Oversees personnel management including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Develops action plans for center efficiency and implements donor recruitment strategies. Requires experience in organizing and maintaining inventories, as well as collaboration with center leadership and staff to meet business goals. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience including one (1) year experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a regulated industry
  • Associate’s Degree in Science or Business Management
