Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations with ocean carriers, cartage partners, customs, and warehouses to execute end-to-end freight movement within the ISC regional network. Solve client issues quickly to ensure smooth operations at origin and destination, escalating exceptions as needed while maintaining on-time shipment performance. Drive quality delivery by adhering to standard operating procedures and satisfying internal KPIs and SLAs. Work closely with peers and supervisors to problem solve and improve fidelity in planning and responsiveness. This role supports Flexport's mission to make global commerce easy by managing supply chains across 112 countries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of global forwarding or related work experience

Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of industry experience in Ocean Freight, import compliance, or Warehousing is encouraged
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional organisational, prioritisation and planning skills, and process improvement in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Proficient in MS Office or Google apps
