Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong floor presence during service; inspire and motivate the team; maintain points of service and guest experience standards; develop staff through training and coaching; oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, budgeting, inventory, and invoicing; ensure WHMIS and safety compliance; contribute to private events and guest outreach; collaborate with management to drive guest-first service and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of direct restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
- Valid Smart Serve Certification Required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional presence
- Highly organized with the strong ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented approach
- Strong business sense combined with hands-on experience in restaurant operations, cost control, and guest service excellence
- Ability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
