Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Burger King responsible for leading shifts, coaching and developing Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and upholding quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards. Partners with the Restaurant General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, brand standards, and financial results, including inventory management, cash control, and security protocols. Must balance people development with operational discipline, lead by example, and drive profitability through effective decision-making and team leadership. Requires at least 18 years old and high school diploma or GED preferred, with 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments; strong communication and team-motivation skills; problem-solving and timely decision-making abilities.
Required Qualifications
