Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll lead shifts, coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members, and uphold BK brand standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety while partnering with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve sales growth, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction. You’ll drive operations by ensuring inventory and asset management, maintaining cash control and security protocols, and supporting leadership development and team growth in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments
- People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills
- Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions
- Commitment to guest experience, BK® standards, and ongoing learning and growth
