Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Burger King leads shifts, coaches and develops Team Members and Shift Coordinators, upholds quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards, and supports performance goals such as sales growth, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Partners with the Restaurant General Manager to drive operational excellence, maintain BK brand standards, manage inventory and assets, ensure maintenance, and enforce cash control and security protocols while fostering a hands-on leadership approach and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments
- People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills
- Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions
- Commitment to guest experience, BK® standards, and ongoing learning and growth
