Job Summary
Assist in leading restaurant operations and driving team performance. Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills, maintain BK brand standards, and deliver fast, friendly guest service. Lead shifts, ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and safety, support profitability through inventory management, asset control, and cash handling, and contribute to guest satisfaction and revenue growth. Must be ready to grow leadership impact, communicate clearly, and balance people development with operational discipline.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments
