Job Summary
Assistant Manager to support the Publican and help keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe. Lead a team of hospitality staff, handle hiccups before they escalate, and bring energy, service, and smiles to every shift. Hands-on role involving manual handling (moving stock, kegs, deliveries). Prior supervisory experience in bar, bistro, or gaming room settings preferred. Must hold current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements. Opportunity to grow within ALH Hotels and Endeavour Group network.
