Assistant Manager

Supervise day-to-day convenience store operations while maintaining high levels of customer service and brand image standards. Assist in recruiting, training, and motivating team members to ensure retention and a welcoming experience. Implement monthly promotions, manage inventory, and enforce established daily operating procedures to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized. Communicate merchandising problems, price changes, and equipment issues while enforcing safety policies and reporting incidents. Requires a high school diploma, one year of retail management experience, and strong communication skills to coach and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
