Job Summary
Assistant Manager North Toledo supports the store manager in operating the store efficiently, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies, supervising employees, delivering customer service, maintaining merchandising plans, and driving sales while managing asset controls. Emphasis on leadership, staff development, customer service, merchandising execution, safety, and accurate reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Retail experience / Customer Service Experience Required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Completion of the Assistant Store Manager Training program and other relevant Company required training programs and required certifications
- Good understanding of Company systems and technology
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to research and resolve issues
- Knowledge of retail business management practices
- Knowledge of all types of store transactions and related programs
- Knowledge of ways to handle customer and employee injuries, incidents and accidents
- Physical Job Requirements: Vehicle required to conduct price surveys, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, etc.
