Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations at Hollister, including opening and closing routines, staffing, scheduling, payroll management, and inventory control. Supervise salesfloor and stockroom activities to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service. Conduct training and development for non-management staff while driving sales through product knowledge and floorset updates. Analyze reporting to inform decision-making, protect store assets, and fulfill omnichannel orders using POS systems. Represent the brand and exemplify company culture in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
