Job Summary
Open and close the store, supervising salesfloor and stockroom operations while managing staffing, scheduling, and payroll. Conduct inventory control, operate point-of-sale systems, and fulfill omnichannel orders. Build visual displays, analyze reporting for decision-making, and train non-management staff. Demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales and protect store assets. Represent the brand and exemplify company culture in a fast-paced environment.
