Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results by managing store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability. Own your designated division of responsibility including Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, and lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge. Provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance, curate a collaborative working environment, and ensure the team exceeds goals with best-in-class customer service. Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events. Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor if needed. This role requires 1-2 years of retail management experience and scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.
