Assistant Manager - NEW STORE - J.Crew

Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results by maximizing profitability through genuine customer connections and brand loyalty. Own your designated division of responsibility, including Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, and Service & Selling, while managing store systems and technology. Provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team, lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge, and curate a collaborative working environment. Assist with recruiting, training, and development efforts, and come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events. Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor as needed. This role requires scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves lifting and moving at least 40 pounds.
