Assistant Manager - NEW STORE - J.Crew Factory

Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results by owning a designated division of responsibility including Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, and Service & Selling. Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability, and provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance. Collaborate with leadership to adapt strategies for business success, assist with recruiting and training efforts, and lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge. Curate a collaborative working environment, ensure the team exceeds goals, and come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events. Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor as needed.
