Job Summary
Assistant Manager to lead pub operations in New South Wales: manage daily operations, support the Publican to run the venue smoothly and safely, supervise and build a team of hospitality staff, deliver high-energy guest experiences, handle hiccups, and uphold service standards. Requires hands-on work with manual handling (moving stock, kegs, deliveries) and a current RSA and RSG/RCG per state requirements; prior bar, bistro, or gaming-room experience and supervisory exposure preferred.
