Assistant Manager at new Charlotte, NC location responsible for supporting General Manager, ensuring quality meals and guest experiences, coordinating staff, driving sales and labor goals, promotions/events, and daily operations including invoicing, beverage orders, inventory, and payroll; requires management experience, ability to lead teams, customer-focused hospitality, and availability for nights/weekends/holidays; ServSafe and TIPS certifications preferred provided during training.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of management experience in a fast-paced, full-service environment
- ability to coach and train teams
- ServSafe certification (provided at completion of training)
- TIPS Certification (provided at completion of training)
- state issued driver's license and reliable transportation
- minimum of 21 years of age
- available nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call
