Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of 10+ network engineers across sites in Tirunelveli, Thanjavur, and Thoothukudi. Manage network infrastructure including Fortinet, D-Link, IPBX, AD, VPN, SD-WAN, and ZTNA, while overseeing cloud networking on AWS and Azure and virtualization via VMware ESXi. Ensure network security, compliance, and SLA adherence for cybersecurity and healthcare clients. Drive innovation and automation, handle escalations, project execution, and vendor coordination. Maintain documentation and deliver training sessions. Support CCTV, NVR, NAS, and server infrastructure. Work rotational shifts and travel as needed.
