Job Summary
Manage restaurant operations and ensure the Nando's customer journey is executed daily across all channels. Drive team development by identifying future managers and maintaining high standards for PERi-PERi delivery. Lead shift activities while embodying brand values and engaging staff in a fast-paced environment. This role includes a 3-month training plan from Day 1, with eligibility for a 4-week paid sabbatical after five years of service.
