Job Summary
Drive the Nando's customer journey on shift across all channels and ensure it is executed daily. Develop your team, spot great talent for future managers, and motivate staff to deliver perfect PERi-PERi experiences. Manage operations in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service. This Assistant Manager role includes a 3-month training plan from Day 1, a 4-week paid sabbatical after five years, and access to internal progression opportunities.
