Job Summary
Conduct daily operations to ensure the Nando's customer journey is delivered perfectly across all channels, including restaurants and home delivery. Drive team development by identifying talent for future management roles and motivating staff to maintain high standards of service. Manage shifts while upholding brand values and ensuring consistent execution of the customer experience. This role requires previous management experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We offer a 4-week paid sabbatical after five years, free food, and competitive bonuses.
