As an Assistant Manager at Nando’s, you will live and breathe the brand values, inspire and engage a team, drive the development of your team, and ensure the customer journey is carried out on shift across all channels. You will be customer-obsessed, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and have previous management experience. You’ll motivate staff, identify great talent for future managers, and deliver consistent PERi-PERi experiences to guests in the restaurant or at home.
