Job Summary
Manage a staff of 4-12 by assigning work, evaluating performance, and scheduling shifts while ensuring an excellent guest experience. Control inventory, coordinate special events and promotions, and maintain restaurant safety, cleanliness, and functionality. Operate the Point of Sale system, assist with product ordering, and lead daily food preparation and service standards. This full-time or part-time role involves bending, standing, and walking the entire workday with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally. You will receive comprehensive training on all roles and responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a restaurant operation
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
