Job Summary
Assist in managing restaurant operations with a focus on guest experience, food quality, inventory control, staff scheduling and supervision, event planning and promotions coordination, staff training, and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising a staff of 4-12, assigning and evaluating work, assisting in planning events/promotions, coordinating training, assisting with product ordering and inventory, and ensuring excellent communication and operational excellence across the restaurant. Relevant skills include team leadership, customer service, POS/cash handling, inventory management, staff development, event coordination, and adherence to safety standards. Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
