Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Subway overseeing a 4-12 person team, ensuring an excellent guest experience and high standards of food preparation and service. Responsibilities include inventory control, scheduling and supervising staff, maintaining restaurant safety and cleanliness, planning events/promotions, coordinating training, assisting with product ordering, and supporting day-to-day operations. Requires strong communication, computer knowledge, and the ability to lift 10–30 pounds; shift variety includes day/evening/weekend with full range of Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities depending on location. Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations is expected, along with supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
