Job Summary
Manage a staff of 4-12 by assigning and evaluating work while ensuring excellent guest experiences and that great food is prepared and served. Maintain restaurant standards by keeping facilities functional, clean, and safe, controlling inventory, and assisting with product ordering. Coordinate special events and promotions, including necessary training, and supervise operations across the entire workday involving bending, standing, and walking. Operate the Point of Sale system and deal with all levels of team members as an excellent communicator.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a restaurant operation
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift availability
