Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Subway responsible for guest experience, food quality and service, restaurant operations including inventory control, scheduling and supervising a 4-12 member staff, assisting in planning events/promotions, and assisting with product ordering. Requires excellent communication, ability to operate POS, and ability to work across day/evening/weekend shifts. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; supervisory restaurant experience preferred. Full-time or part-time shifts vary by location.
