Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Subway responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience, ensuring quality food preparation, maintaining a clean and functional restaurant, controlling inventory, scheduling and supervising a team of 4-12, and upholding safety standards. Day-to-day duties include managing staff, assisting in event planning and promotions, coordinating training, and assisting with product ordering and inventory. Requires strong communication, ability to operate a POS system, and physical capability to handle routine restaurant duties. Full-time or part-time shifts vary by location and may include day, evening, and weekend hours. Location: El Paso, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
