Job Summary
Manage a staff of 4-12 by assigning and evaluating work while ensuring great food is prepared and served. Provide an excellent guest experience, keep restaurants functional and clean, and control inventory. Supervise operations to maintain safety and security standards, assist in planning special events and promotions, and coordinate necessary training. Operate computerized Point of Sale systems and lift up to 30 pounds occasionally. Requires high school diploma, restaurant operation experience, and strong communication skills. Full-time or part-time shifts available with brand partnership discounts and scholarship opportunities.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in a restaurant operation
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift availability
