Job Summary
Manage a staff of 4-12 by assigning and evaluating work while providing an excellent guest experience. Ensure great food is prepared and served, keeping restaurants functional, clean, and beautiful. Control inventory, schedule and supervise team members, and maintain standards of restaurant safety and security. Assist in planning special events and promotions, coordinate training needs, and handle product ordering. Operate the computerized Point of Sale system and perform tasks requiring bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally. Receive training on roles and responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a restaurant operation
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift availability
