Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Subway responsible for guest experience, ensuring food is prepared and served to standards, maintaining cleanliness and safety, controlling inventory, and scheduling/supervising a 4-12 person team. Includes assisting in planning events and promotions, coordinating staff training, and helping with product ordering. Daily duties involve leading a team, communicating effectively, and operating the restaurant’s POS system; position may involve Full Time or Part Time day/evening/weekend shifts. Physical tasks include bending, standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Location: Harrisonburg, VA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably supervisory experience.
