Job Summary

Assistant Manager within the Subway team responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience, ensuring food is prepared and served to standard, maintaining clean and functional restaurant operations, controlling inventory, scheduling and supervising a 4–12 person staff, and assisting in planning events/promotions and training. Role includes assisting with product ordering, training for events, and overseeing day-to-day operations; must be an excellent communicator with computer knowledge, able to work various shifts, and able to lift up to 30 pounds. Education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent; prior supervisory restaurant experience preferred. This position offers opportunities such as brand discounts and scholarships, and provides hands-on experience in the restaurant business. Shift timing varies by location and may include nights and weekends.
