Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Subway® will lead a staff of 4–12, assign and evaluate work, help plan events/promotions, assist with training, and support product ordering and inventory. The role focuses on delivering an excellent guest experience, ensuring food quality and safety, maintaining restaurant standards, and coordinating scheduling. Must be an excellent communicator with experience in restaurant operations and supervisory responsibilities; physical ability to work in various restaurant areas and operate a POS system. Full-time or part-time shifts (day/evening/weekend) available depending on location. Westminster, SC location with on-site duties.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
