Job Summary
Assist in managing a Subway restaurant by supervising a staff of 4-12, scheduling and evaluating work, assisting in planning events/promotions, coordinating training for events, assisting with product ordering and inventory, and ensuring excellent guest experience. Must communicate effectively, operate the POS system, and uphold safety and quality standards while supporting team members across day/evening/weekend shifts.
