Job Summary
Manage a staff of 4-12 by assigning and evaluating work while ensuring an excellent guest experience and that great food is prepared and served. Maintain restaurant standards by keeping facilities functional, clean, and beautiful, controlling inventory, and upholding safety and security protocols. Coordinate special events and promotions, assist with product ordering, and provide training to support successful execution. Operate the Point of Sale system and work any area of the restaurant, including bending, standing, and walking the entire shift while lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally. This full-time or part-time role offers brand partnership discounts, scholarship opportunities, and university course credits for Subway Team Members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a restaurant operation
- supervisory experience
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Excellent communicator
- ability to deal with all levels of team members
