Job Summary
Manage a staff of 4-12 by assigning and evaluating work while ensuring excellent guest experiences and that great food is prepared and served. Maintain restaurant standards by keeping facilities functional, clean, and beautiful, controlling inventory, and upholding safety and security protocols. Coordinate special events and promotions, assist with product ordering, and supervise staff across all shifts. Requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday with the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and 30 pounds occasionally. Full-time and part-time day, evening, and weekend positions vary by location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a restaurant operation
- supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
