Job Summary
Manage a staff of 4-12 by assigning work, evaluating performance, and ensuring safety standards are met in a Subway restaurant. Provide an excellent guest experience while ensuring great food is prepared and served, keeping the location functional, clean, and beautiful. Control inventory through product ordering and assist in planning special events and promotions, coordinating necessary training for success. Operate the computerized Point of Sale system and deal with all levels of team members as an excellent communicator. Work any area of the restaurant as needed, bending, standing, and walking the entire shift while lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a restaurant operation
